My grandfather God Bless his soul use to sell cattle in Mexico and eventually started buying and selling real estate, this led to my fathers decision to became a Realtor and finally retired as a Real Estate broker a little over 5 years ago and is now a Pastor.

I will never forget sitting with my father and him telling me “son treat everyone as you would like to be treated, with respect and honesty and no matter what always return your phone calls.” I will be honest in the beginning I had no clue what I was doing but that quickly changed as I became one of the top loan originators for Directors Mortgage. In time I eventually Co-owned a successful mortgage Broker firm in Upland. After Eighteen years of being a in the lending business I decided to become a Real Estate agent and in the worst possible time ever when the Real Estate market crashed. Thank God I met a great Christian Broker, who also happened to be a real estate attorney, a successful real estate speaker and a great friend and mentor. He taught me how to process short sales successfully, I learned how to handle standard listings and making sure I took care of the seller’s interest through every transaction. While working with him he also taught me how to handle bank owned listings.

I have been selling real estate for the past 5 years, In 2011 I received an Honor Society award for closed units and in the year 2012 I received an Executive Club award. I am also a panel member for Ethics and Arbitration for the Inland Gateway Association of Realtors.
